Before launching AERIFY.io, co-founder Aaron Toops was leading service operations at another MSP. What he saw firsthand was a system full of inefficiencies:

After nine years working under a traditional managed service model, Aaron knew there had to be a better way.
Utilizing his problem-solving expertise and experience in supply chain and logistic software, Aaron identified the major points of failure that can occur in traditional shops. In coordination with Rob, Aaron engineered an innovative product with the capability of all but eliminating business downtime.
